Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Arkade Ink reserves the right to make changes to a booking regardless of the deposit amount paid. In the case of changes to a booking date, time or session length, the deposit is still non-refundable.
Bookings
The full amount for bookings are non-refundable.
Arkade Ink reserves the right to make changes to a booking. If you have paid the full amount up front, and Arkade Ink makes changes to the booking date, time or session length, the full amount is still non-refundable.
For cancellations, we have a 2 day policy in place. If you cancel your booking within 2 days of your booking date, you will be eligible for a refund on your full amount (if paid up front). Should you cancel your booking less than 2 days in advance, or fail to show up to your booking, your full amount will not be refunded.
If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, you need to do so within 2 days of your booking date. Fail to do so, may lead to your deposit being forfeited, and you’ll need to pay another deposit for the new booking date.
